The Edwards Reunion is held approximately every four years for those who have been involved with Flight Testing at Edwards Air Force Base.  Please provide this information to other Edwards friends and co-workers with whom you maintain contact.  Notify us  if you know of anyone who may not be on our list or who may have changed contact information.  Our list of contact information becomes invalid as people move and email addresses change -- plus some retire and never make it onto our contact list. 

The 2024 reunion will include our traditional mixer, a tour of Edwards Air Force Base, and an evening of social camaraderie and dinner at Gino’s Ristorante in the Lancaster Marketplace.

 Reunion Registration 

See this link for the Registration Form.  If you plan to attend, complete the Registration Form with your information.  Cost of the reunion will be $75/person before April 1 and $85/person from April 1 to April 15.  You have two options for sending the completed registration form:

1.  Complete the registration form online and save it.  Email the completed registration form to: 2024@EdwardsReunion.org.

2.  Print the registration form, fill it out, and mail to: Edwards 2024 Reunion, PO Box 2565, Lancaster, CA 93539

Payment may be sent by mail to the above address or Pay with PayPal.

 Mixer, May 1 

Reunion attendees are encouraged to attend the mixer to greet old friends and co-workers on May 1 beginning at 6:00 PM at Gino’s Ristorante bar area. The mixer will include special hors d’oeuvres and a no-host bar.

NEW 4/13/24.  Please bring cash for payment at the bar.  Credit cards will not be accepted at the Mixer.

Gino’s Ristorante is located at 44960 Valley Central Way, Lancaster, CA  (Located in the West corner of the Lancaster Marketplace).  This is the same location as the 2019 reunion.

 Blackbird Airpark, May 2 

NEW 4/13/24. This will be a 10:00 to 12:00 walking tour of the park and the static aircraft displays. Transportation to the park will be by POV.  The park is located at 25th Street East and Avenue P (map).  We expect to see in-flight/historic videos of the aircraft displayed and stories from Bill "Flaps" Flanagan.  The park is opened for Edwards Reunion only, not open to the public.  There are no security requirements for this park.  Wear comfortable shoes and a hat.

 Social and Dinner, May 2 

The social and dinner on May 2 will begin at 6:00 PM with a no-host bar in the ballroom at Gino’s Ristorante, same location as the Mixer.

NEW 4/13/24. Credit cards will be accepted in the ballroom bar for the Social and Dinner. Dinner will be buffet style, available from 6:30 to 7:30.  Please check in no later than 7:00.

 Edwards AFB Tour, May 3 

On Friday, May 3, attendees will meet at the “Century Circle” parking lot at the west gate (Rosamond Blvd.) at 8:30 AM. Carpooling is encouraged due to the limited parking area. EAFB buses will pick us up there to take us on a guided tour.

NEW 4/13/24. Cost of the tour will be $20/person to cover lunch, water & snacks on the bus, and other expenses.  Please have $20/person cash for payment at the Mixer checkin or at the Dinner checkin. A buffet lunch will be served in the Club Muroc Ballroom from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.

A pre-tour 412 Test Wing briefing will be held at the USAF Test Pilot School auditorium. The bus tour will include selected plane-side briefings on current programs undergoing testing at the 412 TW, including the new T-7A Red Hawk trainer aircraft. Wear comfortable, close-toed shoes and minimal jewelry.

Photo identification will be required (Driver’s License, Military/Civilian ID card, etc.) for each attendee at the tour. The following information is required by Edwards Security prior to the reunion for each attendee: Full legal name; Date of Birth; Citizenship; Driver's License# & state; last 4 of SSN. Please provide that information on the Registration Form if you plan to attend.

Requirements for Civilian Retirees driving onto Edwards have recently changed, your retiree ID card or CAC card will no longer be accepted at the gate.  If you plan to drive onto the base, you will need your SF50 and a Real ID driver's license.  See this link for details.
