Donald D. "Dusty" Rhodes NORTH EDWARDS, Calif. — Donald Dean "Dusty" Rhodes, 72, North Edwards, died Thursday, Nov. 7,1996, at Lancaster. Mr. Rhodes was born July 12, 1924, at Kansas City, Mo., and was a former resident of Abilene, Kan. He was a retired civil engineer at Edwards Air Force Base in California. Survivors include an aunt, Opal Walters of Wheatridge, Colo.
