A/C from Ft. Rucker was in cruise flight at 5500' AGL, performing an air-worthiness evaluation. During cruise configuration with gear and flaps up, crew performed single-engine stalls with critical engine (right side) shut down and prop feathered. When A/C approached stall speed it snap-rolled right about 115 deg, continued to roll about with right wing in nose-low attitude. At 4000' AGL, A/C stabilized in a fully inverted position but continued slowly rotating counterclockwise, impacting ground inverted, nose low, with little fwd airspeed and was consumed in post-crash fire 4 mi N of Colquitt at approx. 0830 hrs.
